These SMS Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS messaging program operated by Sanchez Mendez Investment Group, LLC d/b/a Sanchez Mendez Asset Recovery Team (collectively refer as “we,” “us,” or “our”) By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. SMS Program Description

Sanchez Mendez Investment Group, LLC d/b/a Sanchez Mendez Asset Recovery Team provides an SMS messaging program that may send text messages regarding:

  • Notifications of funds available
  • Information or updates you have requested;
  • Responses to inquiries or requests;
  • Follow ups.

Messages may be sent using automated technology.

  1. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to the Surplus Funds Beneficiaries SMS program, you consent to receive SMS messages Sanchez Mendez Investment Group, LLC d/b/a Sanchez Mendez Asset Recovery Team at the mobile number provided.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You represent that you are the authorized user of, or have permission to use, the mobile telephone number provided when subscribing to the program.

We may maintain records of your consent, including the telephone number, date and time of opt-in, and the method through which consent was obtained.

  1. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

The number of messages you receive may depend on your interactions with Sanchez Mendez Investment Group, LLC d/b/a Sanchez Mendez Asset Recovery Team, requests you submit, and the SMS program to which you subscribe.

  1. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to or received from Sanchez Mendez Investment Group, LLC d/b/a Sanchez Mendez Asset Recovery Team.  You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

  1. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying:

STOP

After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable program unless you subsequently opt in again.

  1. Supported Carriers

The SMS program is available on participating wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and performance of wireless networks and other telecommunications systems.

  1. No Guarantee of Delivery

We do not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered successfully or within a particular period.

Delivery may be affected by network availability, carrier restrictions, device compatibility, geographic limitations, or other circumstances outside our control.

  1. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, including information associated with our SMS program, is described in our Privacy Policy:

Sanchez Mendez Investment Group, LLC d/b/a Sanchez Mendez Asset Recovery Team does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

SMS consent information is not shared with third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes, except as necessary to provide the messaging service, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise disclosed and permitted by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or change its content or functionality at any time, subject to applicable law.

If we materially change the terms governing the program, we may provide notice through appropriate channels.

You agree not to interfere with or attempt to circumvent the operation of the SMS program.

We may terminate or suspend your participation in the SMS program if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the requirements of the messaging service.

You may terminate your participation at any time by replying STOP.
